Radica Patel is a seasoned attorney with a robust background in both the law and banking. She brings a unique blend in legal and financial expertise to ATX Funding Solutions. After helping over thousands of businesses obtain several millions in funding solutions, Radica's experience includes roles in corporate banking, investment services, intellectual property, and debt management, giving Radica firsthand insight into the complexities of the financial and legal sectors. Radica also understands a wide range of aviation-related matters, including regulatory compliance, ownership structure setup, management agreements, aircraft financing and leasing, buy-sell purchase agreements, corporate trust formation, and etc.

Radica graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Texas State University and earned her Juris Doctorate law degree from Barry University (Florida). She is currently licensed in Texas. Radica has lived in Austin since 2001 and has witnessed the tremendous growth and change in culture in front of her very eyes. In her free time, she spends her time participating in outdoor activities, trying new foods, traveling, and serves as a mentor to students entering the legal and financial fields.
